If your jewelry need of repair or maintenance, you can either mail it safely to our facility or you can visit our workshop.
All of our jewelry customizations and repairs are done in-house. Our master jeweler and setter uses the most advanced tools and technology using ancient techniques of hand finishing.

In terms of altering ring sizes, there may be some variations depending on the size that is to be adjusted, the thickness of the band, the position of any stones (if there are any), and the design and general construction of the ring. This will be made known to the customer, if necessary, before carrying out the repair.
